1. Seats are on first come first served basis, free seating only. There are no seat numbers allocated to tickets sold. Different category of ticket/price does not indicate a different seating area.

2. Entry to the venue will shut 5 minutes after the show starts. The show is being recorded, Guests will not be allowed to enter the show after the gates are shut. During the show access to washrooms/areas outside the venue will be permitted but re-entry will not be allowed in the venue in order to not disturb the performance.

3. Lineup or billed attractions are subject to changes without prior intimation.

4. All information of guests to be handed prior to the entry at the venue including Full Name and Mobile Number of each guest, without which entry will not be permitted.

5. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded

6. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry

7. There is no parking/valet provision at the venue.

8. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment

9. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation

10. Rights of admission reserved

11. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer

12. At the gate in case any guest displays signs/symptoms of being sick, unwell, inebriated,intoxicated, not in a state of decorum, they will be denied entry and refund will not be issued.

13. Phone calls are made to the guest to reconfirm their reservation/booking.

14. Entry would be permitted to Ages of 18 years plus only. A government issued ID would have to be produced if asked for at the gate by a member of our team. In the event that entry is denied, refund will not be issued. For the sake of abandoned clarity, the venue/producers/organisers are not responsible if tickets are purchased and entry is denied for being under the age restriction. Entry for children and anyone below the age of 18 is not allowed.
