Who am I? - I`m Nishi, a life enthusiastic who embraces dance, music, reading, hiking, solo travel, meeting strangers and listening to others` stories. I’m a wanderer by nature who likes to befriend the world at large. I`m not a counsellor / therapist / psychologist 😀 I`m a simple, curious, and a friendly person.
Where do we meet? - @06:30AM: We will take a walk in the park or sit in the midst of nature and talk; @Later Hours: Let`s meet at a nearby cafe and sip chai or coffee while we talk.
What do we speak? - There is no agenda. Let`s simply talk about everything: our stories, our woes and worries, our struggles, our ideas, our achievements, and our experiences. There are no unsaid words, held-back emotions, or buried feelings here because there is no fear of being judged.
What is the significance of this meet? - Do you often find yourself catching on to ‘Why No One Understands Me’? Is it a common scenario that you feel ignored, criticized, and misunderstood most of the time by your family and friends?
It’s probably the hardest part of your being when no one understands you despite trying hard each day and every day. It eventually turns the person into someone who feels safe to be alone rather than being in a group of people who are not open to understanding another person’s feelings.
You can be alone for quite some time, but forever? No! Therefore, things must be fixed. Lets talk to feel lighter and better!
Ever wondered why a flower doesn’t strive hard to disperse its fragrance?” 🌸 It simply does so effortlessly and naturally! 😌 Likewise can`t a human life flow effortlessly? Are we conditioned to believe that to achieve our dreams, we must go through hardships rather then choosing a comfortable path? How many of us are able to remain in serenity during the day or effortlessly fall asleep at night? Our restless, unpredictable minds oscillate between moments of happiness🤗 and moments of distress😡.

☀️ ⋆ ˚。⋆ MORNING MINDFUL TALK ⋆ ˚。⋆ ✧˖°. Instead of waking and going through the motions of existence, wouldn’t it be great if we could seize the day right from the get-go? 🌟
Who am I? - I’m ☆ 𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐇𝐈 ☆, not a psychologist, therapist, or counsellor, but just a ☑ simple person with my own set of limitations and vulnerabilities just like anyone else. I respond to all emotional gears by 😄 laughing, 😢 crying, 😨 worrying, and sometimes 🗣️ yelling too. I`m in the process of learning the importance of being conscious of my circumstances and embracing them as they are.
What is the agenda? - No Meditation ★ No Breathing Exercise ★ No rigid posture ★ No rigorous practices to tame the mind. ☑️Let`s just engage in the conversation fully and mindfully while we walk in the park, amidst the nature. Let’s get an awareness of everything unfolding in our lives without any judgement, and acknowledge what we are experiencing— whether it’s happiness, sadness, disgust, fear, surprise, or anger. Mindfulness does not imply the absence of emotions or opinion, it means we are in awareness of thoughts, emotions, feelings, surroundings, and situations.

What is the significance of this meet?
Self-awareness is considered a key to success and personal growth in many areas of life, including Happiness, Relationships, Productivity, Well-being, Identity and Emotional Intelligence. Perhaps the time we spend in mindful talks might boost the self-awareness within us. 👀 Let`s begin to look at life from a different perspective; ↔️let our consciousness expand; ⛶ let our horizons broaden; 💡let the inspiration be found; 🎉 let us celebrate the beauty of imperfection;
