Terms and Conditions for Techno Event at Grace Cafe, Surat.

Welcome to Grace for an exciting night of Bollywood Techno music! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please carefully read and adhere to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Entry and Attendance:

  * Entry is restricted to individuals aged 16 years and above. Valid identification must be presented at the entrance.

  * Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

2. Prohibited Items and Behaviour:

  * The consumption and possession of alcoholic beverages, smoking, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the venue premises.

  * Bags and personal belongings may be subject to security checks upon entry.

  * Any attendee found in possession of or consuming prohibited items will be immediately removed from the venue without a refund and may be handed over to the authorities.

3. Conduct:

  * Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any disruptive or abusive behavior will result in removal from the venue without a refund.

  * The use of cameras and recording devices is permitted, but please be considerate of other guests.

4. Safety and Security:

  * Security personnel will be present throughout the event to ensure the safety of all attendees. Please follow their instructions at all times.

  * In case of an emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions of the event staff and security personnel.

5. Liability:

  * Grace and event organisers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

  * Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. The organisers are not liable for any injury or harm resulting from attendance at the event.

6. Photography and Videography:

  * By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed and filmed. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes by Grace and event organisers without compensation.

7. Changes to the Event:

  * The event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including line-up changes and scheduling adjustments, without prior notice.

  * In the event of cancellation, the organisers will provide a refund or offer a ticket for a rescheduled date, at their discretion.

8. Right of Admission:

  * The event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or who does not comply with the stated terms and conditions.

9. Agreement to Terms:

  * By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund.
