Q. Is this a standing or a seated show?

This is a standing show. The seating option is available only in the VIP area.

Q. What does an Early Bird Ticket mean?

Early bird tickets are discounted price tickets for customers who buy in advance which are a little cheaper than regular tickets.

All the ticket holders who purchased tickets in the respective category, either an early bird or regular ticket are allowed to the respective category and there is no difference in seating/standing for early bird or regular tickets. Seating is on a first come first serve basis in the respective category zone if the category is seating.

Q. Is there an age limit to attending the concert?

We wouldn’t want anyone to miss out on this amazing experience. A few things to keep in mind though, Children 5 and above age will require a ticket. Due to the live performance event, all parents/guardians are requested to bring their kids at their discretion. If you are under the age of 16, you will need to be accompanied by an adult guardian.

Q. Will the concert will be crowded?

Yes, the concert will be crowded if you're not comfortable in large gatherings we suggest you refrain from attending the concert. You can alternatively opt for the VIP Seating area.

Q. Will photography or videography be allowed?

No professional photography/videography will be allowed at the concert.

Q. Are the tickets inclusive of GST?

Yes

Q. Will food, beverages & alcohol be available at the venue?

Yes, Food and non-alcoholic beverage stalls will be present at the venue. This is a non-alcoholic event.

Q. Is ticket shift allowed?

No.

Q. Will I get a refund if I cancel my ticket?

No.

Q. Is the show family-friendly?

Yes.

Q. What is the age limit to buy a ticket?

The age group 10 and above needs a full ticket.

Q. Are pets allowed?

No.

Q. Does the venue have ATMs?

No, there is no ATM facility in the venue.

Terms & Conditions for the Event

• The audience is required to carry a valid ID proof when entering the festival grounds.
• All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically.
• No refunds or rescheduling of tickets will be made under any circumstances.
• Re-entry is not permitted. You will not be allowed to re-enter the festival grounds once you have left.
• No drug usage: Narcotic use is prohibited, and individuals detected in possession of or taking narcotics during the event will be turned over to police authorities. Individuals suspected of carrying goods that could be used in an obnoxious or hazardous manner, or of engaging in criminal activities on the site, may be searched.
• Smoking is prohibited in general areas. There would be designated smoking places.
• Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management. Your cooperation is solicited.
• This is a standing event according to their respective categories.
• Children 5 and older will require a ticket. Due to the live performance event, all parents/guardians are requested to bring their kids at their own discretion. If you are under the age of 16, you will need to be accompanied by an adult guardian.
• Adult ticket holders are responsible for taking note of any entry conditions or restrictions imposed on the minimum children's admission age.
• The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and exclusive of handling fees/ticketing fees/delivery fees & etc.
• For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) ID can only be used to purchase up to ten (10) tickets per transaction.
• We are dedicated to providing a respectful and safe environment free of harassment, assault, discrimination, bullying, abuse, and solicitation. All parties, artists, and attendees must be handled with courtesy and respect. Activities or behaviours that discriminate based on race, colour, origin, gender, age, marital status, religious beliefs, citizenship, mental and physical ability, sexual orientation, or any other forbidden ground under relevant law will not be accepted.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments, will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
• Please ensure that the ticket purchased by you is not shared with any other third party.
• For those who purchase on behalf of their friends or family, please make sure the ticket is only given to the right person.
• For multiple-ticket purchasers, you are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase.
• Purchasers MUST show their original identity card and confirmation email with a QR code upon collection. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, the organiser reserves the absolute right to refuse the ticket holder entry into the venue.
• Third parties are not allowed to enter the event.
• The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Paytm Insider and Organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found resold.
• Paytm Insider or Organiser will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
• In the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are required to show proof of purchase; if you fail to provide the required evidence, no entry will be allowed.
• Purchase of tickets shall only be made on our designated website insider.in (Web & App) / Paytm App. Any ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies, and the purchaser(s) may be refused admission to the Event.
• The sponsors, performers, and organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in court in Kochi.
• People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
• Organisers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
• Venue rules apply.
• The event can be rescheduled or cancelled at the sole discretion of Bright Events and Entertainment.
