Bring the flavours of Japan to your kitchen. Japanese whole food plant based food is fun to make and super healthy. Many of the Japanese staples are already vegan like mushrooms, tofu, sesame seeds and a variety of vegetables. At times, we all like to try different cuisines, so making these at home ensures that everything is fully vegetarian without the addition of hidden ingredients like oyster sauce and fish sauce etc.

Menu:

Day 1:

• Okonomiyaki (Savoury Pancake), Sauce, Japanese Mayo
• Gyoza (Pan Fried Dumplings), Gyoza Sauce
• Miso Ramen Soup

Day 2:

• Edamame Soba Noodle Salad
• Sushi, Ginger Pickle
• Tofu Croutons
• Sweet Potato Pudding with Caramel Sauce

Dates: Saturday 5th – Sunday 6th December 2020

Time: 6 pm – 7.30 pm (8.30 am New York, 1.30 pm UK, 4.30 pm UAE, 8.30 pm Singapore, 10.30 pm Australia)

Registrations will close at 4 pm on 5th December 2020.

Note: You will receive a zoom link one day prior to the event via email.

In case you are unable to attend the live session, you may choose to receive the recording. This will be available to you as per your choice, on the day after the event or the nearest Friday/ Saturday/ or Sunday after the event for a limited time of 48 hours. You can register by clicking on the registration button and you will be guided to choose between the live and the recorded event.  The price will remain exactly the same.

Strictly no recordings will be given to those who have registered for the LIVE zoom session, whatever may be the reason.

Cancellation 24 hours before the event attracts full refund. No refund for cancellation on the day of the event.
