1. Where is the book a bartending experience applicable?

Please note that the Book a Bartender experience is only applicable within Mumbai.

2. Do I have to bring my own supplies for the Bartending Experience?

We’ll be coming prepared for the experience with enough merry-making ingredients for 4 people. However, should you feel like you’d rather be safe than sorry, do stock up in advance of the experience!

3 What if I or someone I have been in contact with tests positive for COVID-19 after I have already booked my bartending experience?

If this is the case, please write to us immediately at help@nh7.in so that we can cancel the bartending experience and avoid putting your friends and others at risk.

4.  If I live in a COVID-19 red zone, will that affect my Book a Bartending Experience?

Please check before booking the experience that you do not live in a red zone, as we will not be able to provide the service in those areas.

5.  Will I have to provide proof of age for the Book a Bartending Experience?

Once the bartender arrives at your house, you will have to provide proof of birth.

6.  Can I cancel my Book a Bartending Experience experience?

The experience is non-refundable and all purchases, once made, are final.

7. How do I know that the experience is COVID-19 safe?

Our bartending crew will be receiving COVID-19 tests before and after each of their bartending experience duties, to ensure that we do not add to the spread of the virus. 

8. Can you show me proof that the bartending crew is COVID-19 safe?

Our bartending crew will be receiving COVID-19 tests before and after each of their bartending experience duties, however we won’t be able to share a copy of the result or declaration, since health data falls under the ambit of sensitive personal data.
